If your appointment is for Hypnotherapy or RTT, please use the
guidelines below to prepare for the session.
Set yourself up for success!

Please make sure you have completed your Intake form and sent it back 48hrs, before you session.

It is important not to be rushing before the session, and equally important to allow yourself some time to regain control and full consciousness after the session. For this reason, try to be free at least 15 min before and after the session. (30 mins is ideal).

Avoid caffeine for up to 3 hours prior to the session.

You must not be intoxicated and be clear of any hallucinogenic or other drugs.

Be in good health. No cold, cough, fever or flu symptoms. If you are unwell, please reschedule.

If the session is interrupted for any reason, we may have to stop and may not be able to continue. A new session will have to be scheduled at an additional cost.

Please let everybody know that you cannot be reached for up to 3hrs. (RTT Only)

Do not bring pets to the appointment.

Mobile phone powered off during the session.

Wear comfortable clothing.
